Changes of your order and cancellation/refund requests are accepted in 24 hours only since order been placed (processing time) or if the product was already shipped (the sooner of the two).
After the product is shipped or after 24 hours, cancellation/refund requests won't be accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your product or our services you may return goods purchased from us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days upon receipt.
To start the returns process, please first contact email@example.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
Once we have received the package, and once we have verified that it is in unused condition and in the original package, we will refund the full amount minus a $3 refund processing fee (per item), and not including shipping costs.
Please note - only unused items which are shipped back in original package will be refund/replaced!
Products which aren'ta eligible for refund/exchange will not be shipped back to the customer.

All packages have been checked before they ship out from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit please contact us and inform us about the issue.
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only but can be switched to different size/color.
Shipping on all return for refund items is at the expense of the buyer.
We are shipping to more than 35 countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia.
Our estimated delivery time is varies, depending on the location. Please expect 14-28 days delivery time.
On free items please expect longer delivery time that can be up to 40 days.
